I commenced with RFS Finance in September 2002 after spending 19 years at the Commonwealth Bank. During my time with the CBA I was involved in all facets of lending from Home Loans and Personal loans to Business Lending as well as Equipment Finance. I hold a Diploma of Financial Services as well as membership with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited. During my time with RFS Finance I have written well in excess of $200 000 000-00 in loans for my clients.
I joined RFS Finance because I enjoy helping clients achieve their financial goals. Being a broker means I am not tied to any one lender and after consultation with my client I am able to determine the right financial solution, identifying the best product from any of the 25+ lenders we have on our panel.
I have recently used Michael McDonough to assist me with the purchase of a new Unit. Michael has the ability to be able to explain things to you in laymans term and it all makes sense. He kept me in the loop all the way through, often pre empting my next question which I found extremely comforting. He also has an amazing memory for recall and knows his products inside and out.
