My career experience includes 23 years with the Commonwealth Bank where I held many roles including Personal Banker, Loans Officer and Customer Service at a variety of branches. I have worked for 7 years in the Finance Broking Industry and hold Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) qualifications.
In my role as Administration Manager I monitor daily loan processing activities from application submission through to loan settlement while dealing directly with the lenders to provide time effective support for our Finance Managers. I also assist our Financial Planner with compliance documentation and day to day operations for his clients. I am involved with the production and distribution of our monthly Marketing Newsletters, updating of our database, assisting with the planning of our annual Conference and monthly Sales Meetings and various other general admin duties.
I am dedicated to providing professional and accurate support for our Finance Managers to ensure the clients' experience with our company is memorable for all the right reasons.
