Where lending is fully secured to 80% on residential property/ or 70% on Commercial guarantees from interested parties may be waived.

• Applicants must have operated in current business for 12 months with no history of trading losses

• Clear Credit history

• Total limits under $1,000,000

• Application is for business & /or commercial investment purposes
