My background includes 5 years with Westpac Bank where I held roles including Personal Banker and Business Service Representative- handling personal and small to medium sized business clients. I have had over 10 years experience in Finance Broking and highly value continued professional development, holding a Diploma of Financial Services.
My role as a Finance Manager is to prequalify a client, assist them in selecting a financial product that suits their needs and objectives, liaise with lenders and other professionals such as solicitors and agents as well as maintaining contact with the client to ensure a smooth and hassle free process. After settlement, I like to check in on my clients to ensure everything is running as it should, and to provide updates on current offerings from lenders.
