My background includes 21 years with ANZ Bank where I held roles including District Manager Business Bank Brisbane CBD, Area Manager Brisbane CBD, Relationship Manager - handling larger retail banking clients, and Area Training Officer. I have had over 10 years experience in Finance Broking and highly value continued professional development, holding Financial Planning qualifications through Deakin University, in addition to a Diploma of Financial Services.
My role as General Manager is to oversee the day to day business activities, provide support for complex transactions, manage the customer & referrer marketing programs, introduce new business opportunities, liaise with key stakeholders, and manage our licensing requirements in partnership with our Training and Compliance Manager.
In my position I most value seeing one of the team make a customer's dream come alive, particularly when it is not easy to do – whether it be a client's first home or an investment property they thought was beyond their reach, a car they have been craving, seeing their retirement come to fruition or any other goal.
